I am writing this letter in regards to the beautiful screened
porch your company created for us. We have had a lot of experience
in the past with construction companies, and they all have
been pretty bad. Some of the things we had to deal with were
increased price changes in mid-job, sloppy work, not coming
when we were told and finishing (if they did) long after we
were told they would be finished. So, as you may tell, we
were holding our breath with this project. I am so glad to
tell you that we have found our construction company. Mapletree
not only does GREAT work but the prices are more than fair,

to draw it out for us and show us how it could be done.
We got five other estimates when we began this project, and

constructed for me on my property in Hudson this summer. Originally
having intended to build only one garage, I loved the first
one so much I had to have you, and only you, build a second
one!

difficult building site with heavy ledge without disturbing

We wish to thank you for your efforts regarding the construction
of our new garage. We were very pleased with every aspect,
from the expeditious manner in which the construction loan
was obtained, to the completion of such details as a special
lift beam and loft configuration.
As with every major project, some complications are inevitable.
We must say that every effort was taken by Mapletree to complete
the garage in a timely manner and in a way which met our expectations.
As a result of your efforts, we now have a large, twenty eight
by thirty six foot, reverse gambrel three bay garage with
a spacious upstairs. We appreciate the fine workmanship of
the various craftsmen and their manner and effort to please
us.
